<h2>30-day money-back promise</h2>
<p>We stand behind PCOS Routine. If you don't feel clearer at the grocery store and steadier by day 14, you can request a full refund within <strong>30 days</strong> of your purchase — no questions, no forms, no awkward exit survey.</p>
<p><strong>And you keep the file either way.</strong> Because PCOS Routine is a digital download, we have no way to "take it back." The refund is on us — whether you delete the PDF or save it forever is your call.</p>
<h2>How to request a refund</h2>

<p>We'll process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.</p>
<h2>Why we offer this</h2>
<p>Most newly-diagnosed women have already wasted €180 a month on supplements that didn't work. We don't want to be one more thing that costs them money for nothing.</p>
<h2>What's NOT refundable</h2>
<p>Requests made <strong>after 30 days</strong> from purchase. Beyond that window we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund — please contact us anyway if you have a special circumstance and we'll see what we can do.</p>
<h2>EU Right of Withdrawal</h2>
<p>Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting the download immediately after purchase, you explicitly waive this right (as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive). Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the legal minimum and replaces the standard 14-day withdrawal window.</p>
