<p>These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pcosroutine.com and any products you purchase through it ("the Service"). By using this site or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.</p>
<h2>2. What you're buying</h2>
<p>PCOS Routine is a digital meal plan in PDF format. When you complete your purchase, we send a download link to the email address you provide. The PDF is delivered immediately and the file is yours to keep.</p>
<h2>3. Your license</h2>
<p>We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, and use the PDF for your own personal use. You may print copies for yourself. You may <strong>not</strong>:</p>

<li>Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others.</li>
<li>Republish any part of the content on a website, blog, social media, or any other public channel.</li>
<li>Modify the file and present it as your own work.</li>
<li>Use the content to train AI models or other automated systems.</li>
</ul>
<p>All intellectual property in PCOS Routine (including the text, recipes, design, illustrations, and trademarks) remains our property.</p>
<h2>4. Not medical advice</h2>
<p>PCOS Routine is an educational meal plan. <strong>It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.</strong> The information provided is for general educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent PCOS, insulin resistance, or any other medical condition. Always consult your doctor before starting any new diet or making changes to your medication. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before following any of the meal suggestions in this plan.</p>
<h2>5. Results disclaimer</h2>
<p>Individual results vary. Testimonials and statements made on this site reflect the personal experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee that you will experience the same outcome. PCOS is a complex condition influenced by many factors, and food alone is not a guaranteed solution for every individual.</p>
<h2>6. Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the PDF. Our maximum liability to you, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for the product.</p>

<h2>8. Account & conduct</h2>
<p>If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it via automated means, or interfere with its operation.</p>
<h2>9. Changes to the Service</h2>
<p>We may update the PDF over time (new recipes, revised content). When we do, existing customers receive the updated file at no extra cost — that's our "lifetime updates" promise. We may also discontinue the product at any time, though we'll continue to honor download links for existing customers for at least 12 months after any discontinuation.</p>
<h2>10. Changes to these Terms</h2>
<p>If we update these Terms, we'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.</p>
<h2>11. Governing law</h2>
<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of France (or your local consumer protection law where that is more protective). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.</p>
